Legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the protection of labor rights

The article examines the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the protection of citizens' labor rights. Special attention is given to protecting workers' rights in cases of changes to employment contract terms and dismissals. The article concludes that the Constitutional Court plays a significant role in ensuring legal stability and social protection for workers in Russia.
