The article examines the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the protection of citizens' labor rights. Key rulings related to the freedom of employment contracts, wages, the inadmissibility of abuse in fixed-term contracts, and other aspects of labor relations are analyzed. The author emphasizes the importance of maintaining a fair balance between employer and employee interests and adhering to the principles of good faith and social justice. Special attention is given to protecting workers' rights in cases of changes to employment contract terms and dismissals. The article concludes that the Constitutional Court plays a significant role in ensuring legal stability and social protection for workers in Russia.
