Legal views of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on issues of the rights of minors protection

A special attention should be paid to enhancement of the role of constitutional rights of minors during the carried out constitutional legal reform. Decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation are called for guaranteeing rights of minor children. The function of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in law development in the field of minors’ rights protection is significant and its underestimation may infringe foundations of modern Russian legal framework in the given legal relationship.
