Legal position of higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation as a factor of legal practice reforming

The article considers one of the most controversial problems of modern law which is the provision of integrity of precedents by means of official recognitioi of precedent character of legal position of higher courts. On the basis of lega positions of Higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation the authoi comes to the conclusion, that in terms of society and state reforming, imperfec tion of legislation, legal positions stated by higher judicial authorities fulfills the function of a regulator of public relations and provide their stability at the same time.
