Juridical issues of combating domestic violence

This paper attempts to identify and characterize the specificity of domestic violence. The later is viewed as one of the factors provoking the commission of crimes by women, and its transformation from the position of the victim in the position of criminals. In an article in this regard, the development of intrapersonal conflicts of women, their influence on the formation mechanism of deviant behavior are touched upon. A variety of technologies to combat domestic violence and the need for an integrated approach to their use are represented.
