Legal problems of forensics process objectivization

The article deals with the legal problems of the objectivity of the forensic expertise and registration of its results. The authors give a suggestion to improve the «Law on State Forensic Activity in the Russian Federation» in the part of regulating the process of using by a forensic expert a video recording during the forensic analysis and during the process of making an expert testimony. The technical conditions of making a video recording in the process of forensic expert’ work are clarified especially in cases when there is a need to hide his face.
