Legal problems of acceptance and refusal of inheritance in the Russian Federation

This article presents some topical problems of legal regulation of the terms for accepting and rejecting inheritance, as well as restoring the term for accepting an inheritance and rejecting inheritance in the Russian Federation. Based on the existing problems, the current legislation in this area was analyzed and the practice of its application was considered. Also formulated recommendations for improving legislation in the field of inheritance law.
