Legal problems of the sale of residential premises in the Russian Federation

In the article the author considers the legal problems of the sale of residential premises in the Russian Federation. Currently, civil real estate transactions are very popular, but problematic in many aspects. The author in this article analyzes the current issues of the sale of residential premises in the Russian Federation, and also describes how its parties interact when concluding a contract for the sale of residential premises. In conclusion, the article proposes the introduction of the institution of mediation when concluding a contract for the sale of residential premises.
