Legal problems arising after the termination of a marriage

In the article the author considers the understanding of «termination of marriage» as one of the most ambiguous categories in the context of legal facts, the grounds for termination of marriage under Russian legislation are highlighted. On the basis of researched materials of judicial practice the analysis of legal norms was carried out, which allowed to highlight the legal problems that may arise after the termination of marriage. The author comes to the conclusion that in modern realities there is no single mechanism that could solve these problems. Conclusions are made that it is necessary to improve the norms of law and proposed changes to some of them, which will solve the emerging legal problems after the termination of marriage.
