Legal remedies of ensuring the right of unimpeded access to public lands

The article is devoted to the concept of a legal remedy in the context of applying the instrumental approach to ensuring the right of unimpeded access to public lands. A classification of legal remedies is proposed for regularization purposes. Some legal remedies of ensuring of this right are examined and solutions for identified problems are provided.
