Legal issues of intentional bankruptcy of a legal entity

The article discusses the specifics of liability for intentional bankruptcy, enshrined in criminal law. The discussion on the definition of a legal entity as a subject of legal relations is outlined, as well as the definition of a subject who will be criminally responsible for an act provided for in Article 196 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the main measures necessary to increase effective liability for intentional bankruptcy are listed.
