K.D. Kavelin is one of the famous thinkers of the 19th century. The thinker's works are popular not only in Russia, but also abroad. The beginnings of some Western European concepts can be found in Kavelin's early works. In his works the philosopher tried to create a new model of the Russian history and define for some legal terms.
