Cross-sectoral approach in the study of the ownership of foreign citizens on land plots

The article examines the property rights of foreign citizens to land plots, the limits of the property rights of these citizens to plots of land with limited circulation. The author analyzes the issues arising in the implementation of the principle of the unity of such a land plot and the real estate located on it, as well as the methods of alienation of land plots with limited circulation owned by foreign citizens. Comes to the conclusion that there is no unity in determining the procedure for the forced alienation of a land plot from foreigners and that it is necessary to amend the legislation to unify law enforcement practice.
