Objective. The study was designed to identify risk factors for long-term mortality in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and ejection fraction (EF) of the left ventricle (LV) 22 points, atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia in the drug treatment group. For patients who underwent surgery these factors included I-II class of angina pectoris, IV class NYHA, pulmonary pressure >55 mmHg, atrial fibrillation and restrictive type of diastolic dysfunction. Conclusion. Statistically significant differences in the 7-year survival rate of patients of the two groups were not found.
