Proposals for improving the legislation governing the capital repairs of apartment buildings using the "special account" model

The article analyzes the problems arising from the presence of gaps in the legislation governing the overhaul of apartment buildings, for which funds are accumulated in special accounts by the decision of the owners. Additions and changes to the legislation are proposed, primarily to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, aimed at solving the identified problems and developing the «special account» model.
