This article is devoted to the motivation of personnel in the organization «Stroymontazh». Motivation of labour activity is a system of forces that encourages a person to behave in a certain way. This is the most important factor in the effective management of human resources, as it significantly determines productivity at work. The article discusses the proposals for improving the motivation system and develops ways to improve it.
