Subject of civil law in criminal proceedings

In this article, the issue of the subject of a civil claim within the framework of criminal proceedings is topical for the science of criminal procedure. The concept of "the subject of a civil claim" is investigated, the development of judicial and law-enforcement practice on disclosing its content is analyzed. Also within the framework of this work, the norms of other branches of law (civil law) are analyzed with the purpose of comprehensive characterization of the investigated object.
