Circumstances and limits subject to proving on criminal cases connected with involvement of minors in committing drug-related crimes

The article considers the circumstances subject to proving on criminal cases on involvement of minors in committing drug-related crimes formed on the basis of the list of circumstances pointed out in Article 73 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the RF, and the scope of proof as bounds of definite range of circumstances which are to be established by the participant for the prosecution in criminal proceeding for appropriate procedural decision.
