Subject and range of normative legal regulation of relations in the field of public-private partnership

In this article, the author has given the notion and characterised the normative form of legal regulation. The forms of legislative consolidation of the rules governing the relations of public - private partnerships are identified. Issues requiring regulation during the realisation of public-private partnerships projects, limits of normative legal regulation of relations of public-private partnerships are viewed.
