Subject of claim in civil process

This work presents data on the definition of the claim and the reasons for the rejection of the claim in court. One of such reasons is the incorrect definition of the subject as the main element of the claim. The author presents objects and problems in determining the subject of the claim. Examples are presented that explain the insufficient definition of the subject of the claim in the civil procedural legislation.
