The subject as an integral element of the criminalistic characteristics of the crime provided for in article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article emphasizes the relevance of the problems of investigation of forgery, manufacture or trafficking of forged documents, state awards, stamps, seals or letterheads, examines the concept of criminalistic characteristics of crimes and its practical significance for the effective investigation of certain types of crimes. As a result of the conducted research, the authors propose and substantiate the structure of the criminalistic characteristics of crimes under Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and also provide a detailed analysis of the subject of this crime as one of the main elements of the considered type of socially dangerous encroachments.
