Subject of a crime envisigated by Article 260 of the Criminal Code

The article deals with the subject of a crime under Art. 260 of the Criminal Code (Illegal felling of forest plantations). The authors analyze the types of forest plantations, their classification, value for qualification of illegal logging. We present the forensic and investigative practice in cases of this category, while noting the lack of an effective criminal-legal methods of combating illegal logging of forest plantations.
