Бесплатный доступ

The subject of a crime has a set of features and characteristics that have an independent criminal legal significance and in a certain way affect the basis of criminal liability and the qualification of the act. Encroachment on public relations protected by criminal law is carried out by influencing certain objects of the material world, participants in these relations, or other interests and values. A citizen who has suffered physical, moral or property damage is called a victim. Some crimes cause damage to property, i.e. things (destruction or damage to other people's property, etc.). Objects of a material and spiritual nature, which are affected by the subject when committing an encroachment, are conventionally called the subject of a crime.
