Predetermination or predisposition? Victimological essay on female prostitution

A risk-based approach to public administration is becoming increasingly important. At the same time, the methodology of standardization of the risk management process in the sphere of publicly significant interest in Russia has not been developed. Existing state and municipal programs in the field of road safety form the basis of risk management in this area. However, the mechanism provided for by such programmes to achieve a socially significant goal needs to be improved. In this regard, the article discusses the individual sections of the interdepartmental standard on risk management in the field of safety of road users.
