Prerequisites, factors and consequences of labor transformation in the context of the new type economy forming

The article deals with conceptual changes in the sphere of labor associated with radical changes in the technological, legal, structural and organizational framework of labor processes, its institutional and economic conditions (visualization, trans nationalization, intellectualization, etc.) The transformation of the most important characteristics of labor process (its content, methods of implementation, methods of performance evaluation, etc.) makes it necessary to reconsider the approaches previously established in labor and employment research and do not reflect the realities of modern economy.
