Background formation of a new economic model of Russia in the post-crisis period

This article reveals the basic prerequisites for the formation of a new economic model Russia after the crisis. Russia's transition from a planned to a market economy began in the crisis of the late 1990's. As this process has been delayed, formed at that time the system of management is not consistent with the current stage of development of the global economy. Thus, the reforms are characterized by catch-up development.
