Preconditions of formation of legal competence of bachelor-lawyer

The article discusses the legal competence of the bachelor-lawyer, formed in the learning process at the university, this quality develops during the entire training of the student, who implements it in the training activities and thus gains experience of such activities. The legal competence of the future bachelor-lawyer should characterize his activity in two successive environments: in the university environment as a student and in the school environment as a professional.
