Background of project management in the practice of Moscow metro

The article discusses current issues of improving the efficiency of the Moscow metro. The author emphasizes that along with technical renewal and increase in the scale of activity, organizational factors play an important place among the reserves of efficiency. Based on the project management methodology, the article proposes a solution to the problem of organizational changes by coordinating and communicating using various types of procedures, including the rating analysis technique.
