Information technologies revolutionize various products. Products have turned into complex systems that combine hardware, sensors, data warehouses, microprocessors, software and the ability to connect multiple devices in various ways. Smart products are becoming in demand due to the significantly increased interest of buyers in innovative wireless connectivity devices. The article discusses the prerequisites for developing a marketing strategy for bringing "smart" household goods to the Russian market. The need to develop a strategy is caused by a special interest among buyers of "smart" household appliances, as well as the ability to make purchases on virtual trading platforms due to the ease of using services and saving time. The article provides a marketing analysis of the market of "smart" household appliances by researching an analytical review of the market in order to identify the needs of consumers.
