Background of the development of strategic management as one of the functions of the subject of the management of rural municipal formation

The article shows the prerequisites for the development of strategic management as one of the functions of the subject of management of a rural municipality. The results of the study indicate that, firstly, there are problems to achieve the planned strategic targets, and secondly, the areas in which the agro-industrial complex is designated as a point of economic growth have a higher level of achievement of the planned indicators.
