Preconditions of the hi-tech industries development in the region (based on the Oryol region materials)

In the present article structural elements of the regional scientific and technological program of the hi-tech industry development in the Oryol Region at different levels of managing taking into account social and economic conditions for building of an innovative and technological component in leading branches of economy of the region are proposed.
