Prerequisites of creation and development of city agglomerations

Transport problems, the unsatisfactory condition of the road surface, the increase in the number ofplaces of concentration of road accidents-all these problems come to the fore in most cities of Russia, moving into the category of one of the most acute and for residents of cities and for local authorities. The solution of these problems is necessary for the development and effective functioning of the region as a whole.
