Enterprise of social entrepreneurship as a method for solving the problem of homeless animals

The article is devoted to the topic of homeless animals. Nowadays, billions of domestic animals are thrown around the world on the streets, which in most cases are hungry, sick and dangerous to others. Experts in economically developed countries refused to capture and kill of stray animals, because this method was ineffective. To solve the problem, a more complex but effective way was chosen: preventive work to educate the population and legislative regulation of the treatment of animals, from their birth, conditions of detention, and until death.
