Enterpreneurs Akchurins in the Simbirsk region in the first half of XIX century

The article is devoted to the research of Akchurins formation who were Simbirsk merchants dynasty of the first guild in the first half of XIX century. It analyses the main stages of Akchurins' economic activity: exchange grocery to wool, the foundation of washed wool's factory and later cloths manufacture in Staroe Timoshkino village. The author points out the external and internal factors of this family business successfulness: profitable orders for Russian army, diligence, enterpreneuer attitude, new technologies utilization.
