Entrepreneurial risks and their management tools (on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan)

The article substantiates the thesis that the conditions of increasing uncertainty of the external environment lead to the growth of business risks. The analysis of the state rating of the subjects of the investment climate of the Russian Federation is carried out and the composition of the most important risk factors for the business community in the Republic of Tatarstan is presented. It was determined that the timely identification of risk-forming factors and the inclusion them in the regional management system of tools for their management is a necessary condition for increasing the level of investment attractiveness of the region.
