Entrepreneurship in professional sports in modern conditions

The article studies approaches to organizing and implementing entrepreneurial activities in professional sports under sanctions. The analysis of the content of sports management and its specifics in relation to organizing the activities of professional sports organizations is carried out. It is established that sports management in the modern conditions of development of mass and professional sports is a complex management system that includes various components of the sports industry and related areas of activity. Sports management includes the following main components that determine the success of any sports organization: strategic management, resource management and performance management. The success of entrepreneurial activity in professional sports is a key factor determining the effectiveness and efficiency of sports activities, including from an economic standpoint, which determines the strategic development of a professional club in modern conditions. In the current situation, the international activities of Russian professional sports organizations are limited, which requires searching for new solutions and approaches, using emerging opportunities to expand communication and interaction with sports clubs in friendly countries. The conclusion is made about the necessity of improving the system of sports management and entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation, which should be a priority task requiring its systemic and comprehensive solution. In the current situation, at the state level, it is necessary to form a unified model of sports management that takes into account the climatic and geographical features of the regions, the existing administrative, economic and social specifics, having a national orientation in relation to the development of professional sports. Possible directions for further scientific research, its objectives, approaches and planned results from the standpoint of scientific novelty are determined.
