Representatives of public legal entities in the bodies of a legal entity

The author examines the system of public administration in relation to the activities of persons nominated by the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipalities and elected to collegial governing bodies of legal entities created by public-law entities. Suggests directions for the development of the institution of representation of public-law entities as part of the public property management system. Believes that the norms of legislation on the status, procedure for the activities, accountability and responsibility of representatives of public-law entities should be developed taking into account the public nature of their activities and the specifics of the implementation of the functions of government bodies in the management of the legal entities they created.
