Representation in administrative proceedings

The article is devoted to topical issues of representation in administrative proceedings. The norms fixing the possibility to be a representative by oral petition are considered. The author analyzes the possibility of the participation of a representative on an oral petition at each stage of administrative proceedings. The topic is very relevant at the present time. The relevance of the topic is predetermined by the fact that the issues of representation in administrative proceedings, their necessity, significance and authenticity are very important for modern judicial practice, but have not been fully explored in science.
