The article reveals the views of medical workers about their own victimization due to the COVID-19 pandemic, depending on the orientation towards their own opinion / the opinion of colleagues and the subjective security of the management. They are considered on the basis of the results of content analysis of Internet materials (sites with interviews of medical workers, forums with their discussions of the current situation and messages on social networks). The manifestations of victimization due to the COVID-19 pandemic were found: fear, powerlessness and oppression. It was found that the position of the victim in the views of health workers is more pronounced in the case of subjective insecurity on the part of the leadership and does not depend on the orientation towards their own opinion or the opinion of colleagues. Prospects for further research are outlined and guidelines for practical psychological intervention to overcome victimization of medical staff are proposed.
