Ideas of cultural adaptation of foreign labor migrants

The article considers the attitude of student's youth towards foreign labor migrants, reveals the opinion on application of their work in various fields of activity. In the research the socio-cultural approach, method of the quantitative analysis of sociological indicators was applied. Collection of information was carried out by means of sociological poll in three higher educational institutions of students of a social-humanitarian, natural-mathematical and technical profile. In the research hypothesis the dependence of adaptation and integration of foreign labor migrants in the region on knowledge of the state Russian and cultural traditions of local community was assumed. In the research the relation to cultural adaptation and integration of migrants, predisposition of young people to joint activity with migrants, coeducation is revealed, acceptable forms and measures of public and cultural interaction, studying by migrants of Russian, history and principles of the legislation of Russia are defined. In work the existence of stereotypic ideas of migrants, the facts of discrimination on language and national sign, migration moods among students becomes clear. In conclusion the attention to need of formation of feelings of solidarity, unity and community of visitors and locals, realization of migration policy taking into account the prospect of social and economic development of the republic is paid.
