Convicts’ vision of their own conduct in legal sphere

The researcher analyses the content of convicts’ visions of their own legal conduct. The article reveals and describes the structure of visions (its core and peripheral elements) about the crime committed and punishment served, considers cognitive and emotional components of representations of the committed act and its consequences. Common and specific features of the visions mentioned are studied from the point of socially demographic and criminological characteristics of the respondents.
