The article centres on issues pertaining to the pedagogical conflictology subject area. The article's practical significance is that its principal statements and conclusions enlarge the scientific conceptions about pedagogical conflicts and how they can be prevented and resolved. The author also elaborates on the pedagogues' activity when managing interpersonal conflicts in school. Along with traditional methods of conflict management the recent innovative mechanisms are offered.
