Prevention of ecological crimes committed by legal entities

This article is devoted to problems of the prevention of ecological crimes and establishments of criminal liability of legal entities for commitment of such crimes. Indicators of ecological crime in Russia are studied. The reasons of need of establishment of criminal liability of legal entities for ecological crimes are analyzed, and also the analysis of the reasons of establishment of criminal liability of legal entities for ecological crimes in the most developed capitalist countries is carried out. In conclusion the author's opinion on this matter is stated.
