Prevention of careless crimes in the provision of medical care

The article examines the causes and conditions of careless crime in the provision of medical care and proposes a number of measures to prevent crimes in in the medical sphere. The author believes that the main preventive activities of the state should be aimed at improving the working conditions of medical workers, eliminating “salary inequality” in order to prevent the outflow of qualified personnel from the regions, as well as ensuring continuing education and skills upgrading of medical workers. The author considers that today the Criminal Law fully fulfills its preventive function in relation to careless crimes in the medical field.
