Prevention of offences and other administrative offences in military units

The article discusses the features of the individual qualifications of offences against the chain of command and military au- thorized relations. There is the focus on the application of the law norms governing the chain of command and the military service, the analysis of criminally-legal norms protecting these public relations is carried out. The article author concludes that prevention of intra-group conflict behavior among military personnel can lead not only to real criminality prevention of the military personnel, and to quality improvement in all aspects of the life activity of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
