Аbstract: The article deals with crimes in accordance with Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The role of state and law enforcement bodies, parents and youth in solving this problem is considered. Ways to combat and prevent crimes related to illicit trafficking in narcotic and psychotropic drugs are outlined.
