Prevention of illegal behavior of students in the context of the implementation of innovative projects of professional educational organizations

The relevance of the study is dictated by the high level of juvenile delinquency and criminal-aggressive behavior of minors at the present stage. Under these conditions, there is a need to improve existing and introduce new technologies and methods of preventive work with minors. Illegal behavior is formed mainly in the process of early socialization, so adolescence is the most favorable for the prevention and correction of illegal behavior. In this regard, the role of educational organizations in the formation of lawful behavior and legal consciousness of minors is increasing. The aim of the study is to explore the pedagogical possibilities of innovative projects implemented on the basis of professional educational organizations, to create conditions in the educational process that contribute to the formation of law-abiding behavior. The methodological basis of the study was the provisions of the system-activity approach, allowing to take into account the main educational and preventive goals through the creation of a unified educational system for the entire period of study by using various forms and methods of preventive work through a whole range of targeted activities aimed at preventing illegal behavior and improving the legal literacy of students. To achieve this aim, the methods of analysis and generalization of scientific sources on the problem of research, statistical analysis, studying the positive experience of the work of educational organizations operating in the conditions of functioning of the innovation platform were used. The results of the study are presented by revealing the essence and structure of the concept of “innovative project”. As a result of the analysis of the positive experience of professional educational organizations that implement innovative projects to prevent the illegal behavior of minors in the status of a regional innovation platform, effective forms and methods of pedagogical prevention of juvenile delinquency have been identified. In conclusion, it is concluded that the activities of educational organizations in the mode of innovative platforms are aimed at improving the efficiency of work to prevent the unlawful behavior of minors by concentrating available resources on the most important aspects of the problem, updating the content of the prevention system, and using innovative practice-oriented technologies tested in real conditions on practice.
