Prevention of accidents during vibration control

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that man-made accidents cause significant economic damage, pose a threat to human life and health, and also lead to serious environmental consequences. With the intensification of production processes and increased equipment loads, the likelihood of emergency situations increases, which requires improved predictive diagnostic methods. The purpose of the research is to develop a comprehensive methodology for preventing man-made accidents based on vibration control of equipment. An integrated approach to the implementation of a vibration control system is proposed to ensure timely identification of potential malfunctions and prevent the development of emergency situations on controlled equipment. It is shown that the practical application of vibration control consists in identifying diagnostic signs as early indicators of potential accidents.
