Preliminary information to customs as a tool for risk management in customs logistics

This article examines the goals of the current stage in the development of customs logistics, the most important of which are the acceleration of border crossing with minimal costs and the development of standard logistics requirements for customs procedures and for participants in foreign economic activity. The relevance of the material is due to the beginning of the procedure for mandatory preliminary notification of goods imported into the customs territory, as well as the need to consider them as an actual tool of the developing risk management system.
