Pre-election promotion at municipal elections: features of the organization

The present article pays attention to the peculiarities of organization of pre-election agitation at municipal elections. In particular the interpretation of municipal elections is given, the concept of pre-election agitation, its role in the process of organization of municipal elections is revealed. The normative-legal acts regulating the procedure of organization of pre-election agitation and municipal elections are pointed out, the types of pre-election agitation, the methods of conducting and the list of prohibitions are noted.
