Continuity of arterial hypertension pharmacotherapy at various stages of medical care

One of the reasons for the low efficiency of medical care in outpatient practice is the violation of continuity between the inpatient and outpatient stages of patient treatment. The aim of the study was a comparative analysis of the continuity of antihypertensive therapy at various stages of medical care in patients with hypertension. It was established that the conducted pharmacotherapy provided high continuity in main classes of antihypertensive agents.
